Freddy and Stickan work at a research institute which has developed a new weapon. The secret plans have been locked up inside a vault, but the only key has been lost. This key is found by Freddy. Unfortunately they both have been ordered by the army to report for camp training. Crooks follow them to the camp, trying to steal the key from Freddy.
