- Christopher WeedAugust 8, 2026A solid early Bond film. The formula is in place, even if not perfected yet. The film is rough around the edges, but still a great time. The underwater shots are impressive considering this was the mid-1960's and shooting those scenes must have been nearly impossible.

- MitchJuly 24, 2026Much like Barbies, Bonds always have their themes. Turns out this one was "Underwater Bond". Cool to see the first iteration of Specter as well as the origin of many of the Austin Powers jokes that I never knew the exact source of. The dude with the wildly crooked glasses was fantastic and the dog taking a leak in the middle of the street during the parade and then not bothering to cut around it or reshoot was a perfect metaphor for these early Bond films. You get what you get and might as well enjoy the ride because there will be no second take.

- The PatrickDecember 19, 2025I have to agree with Mr Arn, this was to me a missed opportunity. The writing and story felt disjunctive. The water scenes are like a bad water level from a video game. Some scenes felt out of order. Movie was maybe too long for its own good. Some good acting, some good story elements but this 4th movie is a weak entry in the series to me. Not bad but not great. 5/10.
