Hvor man kan se The Return
- Frank16. august 2026If someone gave me a blu ray copy of The Return, I wouldn’t return it!
- Ethen Harrelson6. august 2026This is what the new odyssey remake should have done. Leaps and bounds better than the Nolan one. Added to my favorite movie list indeed. Realistic, and well made
- sam.542. februar 2025Great, gritty, more realistic take on the last few chapters of Homer's Oddessy. No magic or gods here, just raw realism. It's a bit of a slow burn, but that adds to the power of the more "war veteran returning" focus of this version. I do wish this production had just a bit more budget. A lot of the shots are very tight where I'd like to see some bigger sets, and a lot of the town and court shorts are very sparse where some extras would add to make Ithica feel more like a kingdom as opposed to a small settlement. But aside, Raph Finnes is great and so is the lighting, makeup, and costumes. It looks very much like we're transported back to Greece
- daveayling77730. juli 2026What a great snapshot of the Odyssey story. It's not going for majestic but takes you into the gritty story within.
- Luke Erickson29. juli 2026A little slow but I wanted to compare the current Oddysey adaptation in theaters with Matt Damon (said in the annoying voice from Team America). I found this adaption closer to the original text but no flare for flashbacks or action like Matt Damon! But the acting was great. Ralph Fiennes and Juliette Binoche do amazing jobs.
- Elliot04725. december 2025Ok, so this is more like a family drama, not the epic Nolan is making. It what happens after at the end of the Journey. Nice take.
- Urhas18. september 2025Wise, magnificent movie.
- Dad24. juli 2025A tough and gritty movie that has you cheering for the hero all the way. Revenge is a dish best served cold (Old Klingon saying)
- EnochLight2. maj 2025While we await Christopher Nolan’s interpretation of The Odyssey, this film offers a compelling look at the final chapters of the ancient Greek epic. Ralph Fiennes and Juliette Binoche deliver outstanding performances, and the cinematography beautifully captures the raw, emotional journey of Odysseus returning to Ithaca. Much like Wolfgang Petersen’s Troy, the film avoids supernatural elements, instead grounding the story in gritty realism. It’s a thoughtful, human portrayal of a legendary tale - highly recommended.
