Say what you will about 2001, this film was just as revolutionary and technologically advanced as any film that had gone before. Including everything that ILM had created for Star Wars. Watch this again like it was the first time and try not to have your mind blown with "bullet time" and the 360 degree camera shots. Then remember that no one had EVER shot film like that before. Still incredible.

In truth, it’s just my favorite movie. It might not be the greatest of all time. But if you like sci-fi and you’re a little bit philosophical, I hope that you’ll love this movie as much as I did.
