Raiders of the lost ark is simple straightforward story, with great acting, great charm and charisma, not hundreds of jump cuts, and real stunts! It’s refreshing to see directors and actors take risks and focus on the quality of scenes and acting and have it pay off.
- Rowan KrzysiakJanuary 26, 2025It's pretty raw and basic to the extent that it doesn't quite hold up with set pieces that aren't really strong enough for it all to be worthwhile. The thought of Indiana Jones is better than the reality of watching this film. It's mostly lame and nonsensical.
