- DeezNuttsi23 October 2025LOL. The air traffic controller involved in the REAL event did a great job, but the controllers in this movie are incompetent af. The audio from the actual event is available, so I don't know why they didn't use actual verbiage. There are many inconsistencies from the actual incident and the phraseology is a joke. While this is supposed to be serious, I find myself laughing any time a controller is involved. AOPA released a replay of this titled Pinch Hitting a Kingair about 15 years ago. It is WAY better.
