Maniac Cop Ratings & Reviews
- David2d agoThis movie is exactly how you think it is and I wouldn’t have it any other way
- Agent WoodOctober 24, 2025Great to see the ambience of 80's nitty-gritty New York side alleys that are a perfect character for this picture. A very young Bruce Campbell & The Main Man Mr.Richard Roundtree...also spot a little cameo by Sam Raimi. Also love the almost Jason Vorhees powers of Maniac Cop.
- NickyjamesAugust 26, 2025Bob Z'Dar and Bruce Campbell. It's hard to go wrong. The ending absolutely rules.
- Paul BufanoOctober 23, 2025Maniac Cop is no flop.
- Kevin WardAugust 21, 2025We’re watching Maniac Cop 2 for #slashersaturday so I figured I better catch up on the original. Not as good as I was expecting given the cast of Bruce Campbell, Tim Atkins et al. Even a Sam Raimi appearance. A grimy 80’s New York Trash slasher, but sort of thought it would be funnier than it was. Still looking forward to part two.
- ርልዪረMay 31, 2025A good little 80's movie about a former police officer who goes on a killing spree. The movie is original and the story although a little absurd at times keeps you invested. At times it feels a bit like a B movie with high production value but don't sleep on this one its worth a watch. A good thriller with horror elements starring Bruce Campbell and Tom Atkins. Whats not to like?
