Politieagent Frank McRae (Tom Atkins) onderzoekt een reeks brute moorden in New York en hij denkt dat de moordenaar een politieagent is. Zijn chef wil hier echter niets van weten. Op een gegeven moment wordt politieagent Jack Forrest (Bruce Campbell) aangezien als de dader en gearresteerd, nadat zijn vriendin dood wordt gevonden in een motel. McRae is er echter van overtuigd dat Forrest niet de moordenaar is en gaat op onderzoek uit.

A good little 80's movie about a former police officer who goes on a killing spree. The movie is original and the story although a little absurd at times keeps you invested. At times it feels a bit like a B movie with high production value but don't sleep on this one its worth a watch. A good thriller with horror elements starring Bruce Campbell and Tom Atkins. Whats not to like?
