- Spaceman JoeFebruary 13, 2026I quite like the play but I was surprised how poorly and weirdly it was adapted to a movie😭 even with a kind of stacked cast. The whole thing feels fake and weird. Not saying I don’t have a good time slandering the heck out of it tho lol. And the “Agony” scene was LEGENDARY (🤮🤣)
- ConnorRFebruary 13, 2026If you haven’t seen the stage production the movie is good. But if you have seen the stage production, the movie isn’t great. Love the cast. Anna Kendrick is amazing in everything she does. James Corden was not the right choice for the Baker. So many missed things in the movie. Where’s the narrator??? Where’s mysterious man??? The only thing I think I like more in the movie than the stage production is Agony. It’s a shame they took out Agony Reprise in the movie. Rapunzel’s role was so dumbed down in the movie. Same with the witch.
