- PapaHamzehMarch 6, 2025This has three stars in spite of the acting and writing. We want, if anything at all from Godzilla movies, to see the monsters do their thing. We do not want to see clumsy and trite stories about people for whom we do not-and are not made to-care for.

- Paul Schwartz7d agoI have every Godzilla movie that I can get my hands on, he is the king. And if I'm honest, this one is my favorite. If you're reading this, then you already know. I grew up watching him. And my favorite version is he's our protector like Gamera. Long live the king

But what really bothers me is that all these things happen, cities get wiped out and there are explosions everywhere, yet they’re just like Christmas lights since no one ever gets hurt or, worse, dies. It’s completely unrealistic for a movie like this. Monster Zero takes ten years to kill Vera when it would only take ten seconds and some decent aim, so annoying.
- Nathan Magreta7d agoKing of the monsters is a complete shift from the original movie. It may be silly at points, but it's a perfect apocalyptic monster clash movie with some amazing villain that is Ghidorah and a solid new cast.

Everyone I know likes it whether Monsterverse or Kaiju fans whatnot and yes I do agree with the human sides to this movie and it did feel somewhat forced. I guess what we all have in common is loving to see big giant monsters fight in front of us and I don’t blame any of you.
