- Charles London2025年1月31日Not terrible for its genre (a 1950s-1960s sci-fi B-movie) this film seeks to teach humanity a lesson about the nuclear age at the height of the Cold War. It's mysterious plot kept my interest throughout most of the film, however... ...[SPOILER ALERT] the balloon of suspense is awkwardly popped (in my estimation) by a sage from the future, rendering previous events somewhat irrelevant except for their message within. A condensed version would have worked well as a "Twilight Zone" episode, but as full length movie, the payoff doesn't justify the lengthy buildup.

A transcontinental flight from Los Angeles to Washington DC, carrying three top scientists, unexplainedly begins a climb to 10 miles up.
