The jokes are bigger, the characters are crazier, and Mike Myers is clearly having a blast playing multiple ridiculous roles. Dr. Evil is still one of the best parts, and the movie has a lot of memorable moments that make it easy to enjoy. It does rely a lot on the same style of humor, and some jokes definitely go on longer than they need to. But when it hits, it really hits. The creativity, energy, and commitment to the absurdity make it a very fun comedy that knows exactly what kind of movie it wants to be.

I can't name the larger Scottish character or the review gets rejected, but I think that aspect has aged far worse than anything else in the movie. I skip those scenes, they're unfunny gross outs.
