To stay sane, Dmitry must constantly keep his imaginary population at bay and keep new characters from settling in. The permanent inhabitants include Dmitry's ex-wife and her lover--both found dead in their bed. Dmitry sets out to find their murderer in order to get rid of them, and to win back his sanity and custody of his son.
