I thought it was funny as a kid and there are still some moments but its pretty stale and dated in the humor department.the humor was probably dated even for when it was released in the 90s. Poorly misrepresented southern people as well. This is one the weaker 60s TV shows to get a 90s movie remake. I hate the Brady Bunch but it probably had better remake than this....
As far as the cast, I love Jim Varney and he did a great job as jed. I like Lea Thompson but she will always be Elaine Mcfly to me.
True classic from my childhood. Loved Robin Williams in it but I can't help but feel super annoyed with Sally Fields character whose a constant ball buster
The weird combination of two Estevez brothers and Keith David works extremely well. The ending was kinda abrupt with not much explanation of how the main characters progressed after the events but It was so fun during the movie I can let it pass.

I like Harrison Ford and tropical settings in movies that's why I gave it 3 stars. But the story is a little rushed in parts and love story aspect is sketchy at best. There's definitely worst out there but there's also better
Go ahead and give me a thumbs down. cool to see the WB characters with Disney but otherwise story was predictable. Nice job mixing animation and live action. I love chrispoter Lloyd and Bob hoskins but I just can't care about them in this movie. I never watched it as a kid or when I was younger, so maybe I can't use nostalgia glasses for this.
