The small town of Haven Bay, Oregon, collectively grieve the death of Shelby Monroe, who has seemingly commit suicide via self inflicted wounds. Her best friend, Brianna Miller, is hit the hardest, as she struggles with visions and hallucinations of her deceased friend. One month after Shelby's death, kid after kid have been going missing, and a curfew has been instated on the town. What was once a picture perfect coastal getaway has turned into something out of a horror movie - and that's exactly what it is about to become.

After discovering a series of photos of Shelby's autopsy, Brianna concludes that Shelby could still be alive, and falls victim to a series of alternate dimensions, dubbed "The Threshold".
