Wonder Man Ratings & Reviews
- Spaceman JoeFebruary 4, 2026Woah. Some of the best character work and writing I’ve ever seen in a marvel project. I felt for these characters. I love the chemistry between Simon and Trevor and I love Trevor’s arc. There are moments in the show where I don’t really get why we’re doing what we’re doing, but nothing like, actually bad, ya know? Hmm, such a tough one to review. Overall, marvel needed a show like this, no action, not even superhero centered. It shows that marvel’s back, and it shows that Cretton has chops in the marvel game! And yeah I’d like another season of this, if they keep what makes it great.
- thomasrogers753January 30, 2026I binged the entire thing in a single day and I’m not ashamed to say that, this show was fantastic I need more Simon and Trevor in the MCU ASAP, I can’t wait to see what they have in store for Wonder-Man in the greater MCU Need the rest of their shows to be of this quality going forward please and thank you
- AntonioMarch 23, 2026A lot of fun to watch and enjoyable all around. Not the typical series from Marvel and not the typical storyline. Great acting (Kingsley is just great!), fun story and just a great show overall. Don't skip on this one and have an open mind watching it. Felt real, felt classic and just a great watch overall.
- Hipster ZOMBIEFebruary 23, 2026I went into Wonder Man ready to roll my eyes at another overcooked “expectation subversion” experiment from Marvel Television. Instead, I found myself… not hating it. The Doorman episode is the standout. The Trevor and Simon dynamic is the show’s engine. Two pretentious, insecure actors killing themselves for relevance somehow make better drama than most caped adventures. Their friendship feels messy and human, which keeps the satire grounded. Damage Control shows up as a shadowy government babysitter for low-tier superpowered stragglers. It adds stakes without dragging in half the MCU for a cameo parade. That restraint is the show’s biggest strength. It is not essential. It will not reshape the MCU. But it is self-contained, character-driven, and surprisingly watchable. Sometimes “good” is enough.
- sveiJanuary 29, 2026I was in the mood for just this. This is indie cinema but in the Marvel world, and as such of course heightened. But this is art, a slow burning character study, a dash of hollywood self reflection, and yesh, sorry, the fact that it uses bits and bobs from Spiderman and some Avengers movie makes it all the more fulfilling. I mean, I know I’m being played, pandered to even, but I like it.
- theicephoenixJanuary 28, 2026At first, I felt pretty meh about the show, thinking it was nothing special, but then I learned a bit more about the character history and finished the last two episodes. Now I feel like it is a breath of fresh air from MARVEL. It is a pretty good show overall. Though I do wish there was a bit more action.
