The story of two friends - employees of the department for the investigation of high-profile crimes of the Investigative Committee: the authoritarian "salf-made woman" Irina Makarova and the quiet, reserved general's daughter Dina Voloshina. They are assigned to investigate the case of a serial killer who commits his crimes in different parts of the city.
