Justin goes to the Wizard World with his family and Billie after being offered a position as a member of the Wizard Tribunal in Alistair's place. Justin must prove to the council that he deserves the position. At the same time, Billie tries to learn more about the prophecy after obtaining a magical amulet during her birthday quest, but she will soon learn a secret she isn't prepared for.
