Sam Blower is very popular amongst her friends, and the life and soul of any party, yet her posse of close girlfriends wish she would smarten herself up. They think she's lost her femininity, and needs a major styling overhaul. That's why they have nominated Sam for the tough treatment given out by style gurus Susannah Constantine and Trinny Woodall. Using secret footage, the two examine Sam's wardrobe of too-short trousers, black pumps and badly cut jackets, and decide how best they can improve her style.Sam is one of the series' most obedient subjects. Armed with Trinny and Susannah's £2,000, she tries to buy a vast wardrobe strictly according to their style rules and, for the most part, succeeds. Her friends are just as happy with the result as she is.
