Walker returns from Los Angeles with Eagleton, the paramilitary man who killed a Ranger and was planning something in Los Angeles. Walker turns him over to some other men and while in transit some men kill them and spring him. Walker tries to find him, knowing that he is planning something. Sammo Law, the Chinese cop in Los Angeles who helped Walker catch him, comes and has some information he got from his associates.
