The young history blogger Regitze accidentally discovers a big secret in her family. Her great-grandfather Erik is part of the colorful smuggling milieu in Copenhagen in the late sixties. And his close friend Matti, who often sits with him at the dinner table, is the Nordic region's most famous bank robber! Both men go to prison almost at the same time, but since then there has been total silence about the criminal entanglements in the family. Regitze sets out to investigate who her smuggler great-grandfather and the "Volvo Robber" Matti really was?
