The raccoon brothers' vermin gangs engage in an armament race when spies discover Coco's most dangerous invention, a weapon which can force rodents to burst in unstoppable laughter, was recreated by Ken's scientist Zitzy. Abe's ultimate weapon in Blitz, the United Vermin Federation's inspector. Ken masquerades the weapon as a baby, but is ultimately found out. Now he turns it on everyone else.
