Meanwhile in the town called Tacañón del Todo, Don Cicuta claims he doesn't want to return to the show, and so he's going to send citizens of his choice to control the secretaries and Kiko closely. These citizens are Profesor Lapiz, the teacher from Tacañón del Todo, Don Rácano, a very miserly man, and Don Estrecho, the most puritan man in the world.
