Three women star in the three stories that make up the series. Aida and her partner, Juan, are not going through their best moment. He suffers from an illness from which he is recovering, but his relationship has deteriorated enough that he does not know if it can be repaired. The second protagonist, Ana has not been able to raise her head since her twin sister, María, died. Both were struggling to succeed together in the theater. And the third, Susana, married to Alberto, form a young marriage mired in a deep crisis. Both live in a borderline situation that is having repercussions not only on the two of them but also on their son, Carlos.
