Maverick police detective Creegan is the newest member of London's Organised and Serial Crime Unit (OSC), an elite, rapid-response crime squad. The OSC uses their diverse crime-fighting skills to bring justice to society. Along with his stalwart partner D.I. Susan Taylor, Creegan squares off against some of England's most dangerous criminals; a serial murderer of children, a killer intent on murdering hospital patients, and a cyber-criminal who lures young Web-surfers with a Gothic fantasy game and manipulates them into committing violent crimes.

    The Lost Boys (1)DI Dave Creegan is paired with DI Susan Taylor on his first day to investigate the disappearance of three young schoolboys who have all been snatched in broad daylight. Creegan discovers a link with two boys who disappeared in Stuttgart some three years previously, but surveillance on his prime suspect fails to yield any information. Taylor is concerned that Creegan is putting all his eggs in one basket and efforts to investigate other lines of enquiry.

    The Lost Boys (2)Although Hinks is released Creegan is convinced of his guilt and arranges another interview wherein he gives Hinks a nose-bleed. He uses the tissue that was used to clean up the blood and shows it to Hinks' dog,who then leads him to an abandoned building and the three boys abducted by Hinks. Creegan goes to Hinks' house to kill him but on arrival gets a surprise.

    Killing with Kindness (1)Three patients in an Intensive Care Unit die after being injected with digoxin, a drug that had not been prescribed. Each had a faint tattoo on their arm reading 'Let Me Go',implying voluntary euthanasia was involved, though one of the tattoos actually read 'Let Me go Back.' The chief suspects are Dr Elizabeth Walker,an advocate of euthanasia and Carl Burgess,an obsessive ward orderly who behaves oddly.

    Killing with Kindness (2)The investigation's attention turns towards locum Julie Carney following the attack on Creegan. When she commits another murder in Wales, Creegan realises that he needs to set a trap to lure her home. Rivers and Krietman's pursuit of an unstable Carl Burgess results in Burgess trying to kill a patient, and then electrocuting himself, from which he dies of his injuries. When Julie Carney resurfaces, Creegan is forced to watch on as she tries to commit suicide.

    What Amathus Wants (1)A simultaneous attack on horses on the same night on three separate continents baffles the police until a Japanese student confesses that the assaults were occasioned by a perverse fantasy web-site called 'Amathus',exhorting people who wanted to belong to it to commit wilful acts from attacking horses to murder.

    What Amathus Wants (2)Creegan and Taylor reel in convicted killer Justine Barber, whose crimes from some years ago mirror the exact methods used to commit the current murder. When she leads them to prime suspect Leonard Stoker, a chase ensues and Stoker is arrested. Creegan has no choice but to file a report on Kreitman. Enwright refuses to press charges on the grounds of no evidence, but leaves Kreitman without a job. Kreitman, upset at the result, goes on the rampage.
