While the troupe decides what to do about the latter, Harvey points out that Nadja is thought to have stolen the brooch. Collette is angry with Duke Preminger for his attempts to usurp her daughter, unaware of Rosemary's involvement. Nadja visits the Premingers with her brooch; however, Rosemary has already convinced Collette that Nadja is a thief.
