The newly recruited Banban Akaza arrives on Earth where he is transferred to the S.P.D. (Special Police Dekaranger) Earth branch located in the city of Megalopolis. Just when Banban is getting settled into his police unit, an arms dealer named Agent Abrera has just let loose a band of incarcerated criminals. It's up to the Dekarangers to apprehend all of the convicts and bring them all to justice.

But soon Sen-Chan has a thought as he leads the rest of the gang to the Space Zords as they take on the DekaBase Robo, but nonetheless, their powers are deduced by Abuerra himself as they are painfully fought by the Hell brothers.
