En route to a conference on energy at Central Point, Prince Baral is sidetracked by a rescue situation. Later, when he arrives, he stuns the group of reporters before him by praising Vlagos' monopoly on dirty energy. Valerian suspects something is up, perhaps a plot by Vlagos?
