The show follows different people each week who have vowed to make extreme changes in their lives over a 12 month. From weight loss to adopting a child or getting a seeing eye dog, the guests come on the show, and discuss their "resolutions" and then, as if it were magic, they appear 12 months later to show us whether or not they accomplished their goals.
