Meanwhile, Paul and Detective Mark Harding arrive at the GCAC and a cop informs them that the doors to the ballroom are locked and the security cameras have been turned off.
In a moment fueled by anger, Billy tries to grab Womack’s gun, but ends up getting kneed in his already broken rib. Victoria and Kelly struggle to help a delusional Billy who weaves in and out of consciousness.
