When it becomes clear the lives of both animals may be in jeopardy, Julian is forced to consider performing an emergency caesarean. Meanwhile, Peter Wright comes to the aid of Lofty, a horse in need of some dental work, and a concerned caller reports a duck with an unusual injury.
