Department of Justice SADPP Pau Hey-yan (Joe Ma) possesses extreme empathy as he suffers from a rare condition called "mirror-touch synesthesia". His aim is to piece together the complete truth in a case, strive to get the defendant to plead guilty, and minimize the sufferings of the victims from tedious hearings.
