Megatron develops a weapon that can permanently freeze Transformers in their vehicle form. He uses the weapon on the Autobots when they are racing and performing stunts for charity. Wheeljack develops a grenade to counter the effects of Megatron's weapon. He uses it and allows the Autobots to chase off the Decepticons.
