The Autobots keep a low profile in New York City and help the police catch car thieves. After Tracks gets into an accident, he befriends a mechanic name Raoul. With Raoul's help Tracks discovers a Decepticon plot to turn New York City cars into an army serving Megatron. Working with the Autobots, they manage to foil the plan.
