After a vehicular accident, high school yaoi writer Pan wakes up in a hospital and finds herself in the body of her senior Kim, whom she is shipping with Kim's close friend Way. While the Angel of Death tries to find ways to reverse the body swap, Pan has to pretend to be Kim and has to make sure no one will find out the truth. But the body swap has become a chance for her to turn her Kim×Way yaoi story into a reality.
