An Elvish tree, known as the Ellcrys, is dying. The bad news is that the tree has been the only piece of magic that protects the Four Lands from the Demon World. Amberle Elessedil is the only one who can save the tree. But she has to unlock magic that the Elves haven't used in thousands of years. With the help of Wil Ohmsford, she travels to find the lost magic. But it won't be an easy task.

- Billy Zane3d agoImagine Lord of the Rings meets CW teen drama, and you’ve got this show in a nutshell. It has the girl from Pan’s Labyrinth all grown up, and even a young Austin Butler before he traded elf ears for Dune and Elvis fame. The world is filled with elves, demons, and plenty of moody stares, but it is also colorful, adventurous, and way more fun than it probably gets credit for. It only lasted two seasons, but it is worth watching if you like fantasy that does not mind being a little flashy. On a recent rewatch, I found it was even better than I remembered.
