A beautiful summer morning is marred when a man's body washes up to shore. Crime inspector Thomas Andreasson and colleague Carina Persson are put on the case with very few leads. It soon turns out that the truth behind the murder is more complicated than expected. Based on Viveca Sten's hugely popular crime novel Still Waters, and set in the beautiful surroundings of the outer Stockholm archipelago.

Episode 1Nadia (1)Nora finds an unconscious woman on the beach during her morning jog. The woman, named Nadia, tells her that she has been trafficked, but refuses to go to the police. Alexander is caught on a blind date.

Episode 2Nadia (2)The French police show great interest in the abandoned boat found off Sandhamn. A dead man has washed up on the beach, and it turns out to be a wanted person. Nadia is horrified when Nora receives a visitor.

Episode 3Esther (1)Two skeletons are found in a root cellar. The remains turn out to belong to two young people who disappeared from a confirmation camp 30 years ago. Now everyone from that year is called in for questioning, including Nora, Henrik and Gisela.
