The Saint flies to the Caribbean at the behest of a friend who's killed before he can explain why he needed to see him. The man worked for Dr. Krayford, a renowned scientist looking for a revolutionary vaccine, who's been staying at the property of benefactor, the wealthy Arlene Brand, Templar and journalist, Marla, go to Ms Brand's, but instead of finding answers, more people are killed.
