She fears this will get her fired from the job, however, Marc tells her that she needs to change her attitude and Arissa agrees to start making improvements. Meanwhile, Alton tries to become closer to Irulan, and although she and Gabe have an open relationship, Alton feels uncomfortable about it and he stops.
