-In Marshall’s neighborhood, there is a home that has been abandoned since 2010-- but the bank has yet to foreclose. The home is deteriorating and neighbors are concerned about its dangerous condition. Bob Massi tells Marshall and his neighbors how to deal with this problem property, and give the homeowner's association some options.
