The Pitts is a short-lived FOX sitcom that aired 7 half-hour episodes between March and April 2003. It is about a family and their bad luck. It was a satire on typical American sitcoms with over-the-top sight gags.

PilotLiz decides the family needs a nanny. Unfortunately she employs a girl who Bob stood up as a prom date after realizing Liz was interested in him. Having gained access to the house the spurned lover turns all her energies to becoming the new Mrs Pitts.

A Bug's WifeFaith convinces her parents she needs a car. They ultimately purchase a VW bug that Faith discovers is haunted. Aside from this she discovers she is falling in love with the spirit possessing the vehicle.
Squarewolves

SquarewolvesBob and Liz are bitten by werewolves and begin to transform each night into monsters. The children go to huge lengths to help their parents and try to keep them out of trouble. The parents are impressed by the amount of effort their presumed lazy children go to.
Dummy and Dummier

Dummy and DummierBob in an attempt to save Petey's birthday party pulls out an old possessed ventriloquist dummy and becomes the hit of the party. In return Bob has to agree to let the dummy live with the family. The dummy now free goes on a rampage to destroy Bob's family and his life.

Miss American PipeDuring a water heater explosion, Faith gets a large pipe stuck through her head, as this interferes with big plans to dance in a rock video. Public humiliation leads her to runaway form home and join a freak show, as her family must track her down.

Ticket to RiotAfter his car is ticketed and towed, Bob takes a bus to fight the parking ticket. No officer shows up, so he wins by default and leaves to take the bus home. But he boards the wrong bus--his bus is going to the prison. The family manages to get him out, but before they can leave, the prisoners riot and take the family hostage.
