Season 1 Reviews
Common Sense Media
KJ Dell Antonia
Ariel, Sebastian, and the rest of the familiar characters are still splashing about, but the story lines are generally weak. Unfortunately, the most mesmerizing thing about this Mermaid is Ariel's flowing hair.
AV Club
Caroline Siede
If the show never quite lived up to the original film in terms of look or tone, it did better by Ariel in nearly every other way.
Screen Rant
Katerina Daley
The film is a great watch even 30 years later. The same can be said, too, for the 1992 to 1994 animated series Disney's The Little Mermaid
