Capturing brilliant young con artist Bridget Connoly, after her successful snag of six bottles of the rarest scotch in the world, the IIB hopes to use her to bring down master con artist Andrei Tarkanian. Mentally, she's quite the slippery eel, with an evasive mind that Toby finds difficult to read with any accuracy, which could lead to Michelle's downfall as she deals directly with Mr. Tarkanian.
