Louise thinks she and George are in a rut when she notices her daily life becomes routine. She also thinks that George is taking her for granted, and storms out to the Help Center in a middle of an argument. Surprisingly, George finds Louise later in his cleaning store, but shocked to learn that she doesn't recognize him. He later discovers that Louise received a knock on the head during a robbery and has amnesia.
