Lan Ling agrees with Di Rhang and finally forces Di Rhang to let her go. Siang-r sees that she cannot turn the situation, she and Chang San-lang are sad.
Yang Kuang moves the capital to Lo Iang. Everything is fresh to him and he spends his time enjoying himself. He also orders Sh Min to select girl citizens for him. Wang Shih Chung pleases Yang Kuang and gets promoted. Yang Kuang soon feels bored, SHih Chung suggests cruising Giang Du, Yang Kuang happily agrees.
Chang San-lang knows that Yang will go cruising and decides to assassinate him. He orders Siang-r to tell Li Tsing and His wife to take the best men to the underground city to control Yang Kuang's soldiers. Chang and others thus rush into the boat to kill Yang.
Yang Kuang has all kinds of luxuries in His cruise; but the men who work in the boat are abused.
