Gregg at first resists this intrusion, but he develops a ghostly love for his uninvited guest.

To convert the building, the counsel agrees to hold a benefit featuring town talent to raise the needed cash. When the acts bomb and bail, it's up to the Muirs to keep the benefit afloat.
