- ርልዪረFebruary 13, 2025Bill Maynard was a great character actor and well suited to this role, slightly remiscent of his Selwyn Frogitt. Some of the episodes are more humorous than others but the stories of how the Gaffer contrives to improve matters for his struggling firm with various crafty moves amuse. The canned laughter is a bit over the top, however.
