The Flintstone Comedy Hour

Season 1

An hour-long television series in the Flintstones franchise, featuring characters previously introduced in "The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show". Each episode featured two short tales focusing on the duo of Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble, longtime best friends and co-workers. Another short tale focused on the romantic couple of Pebbles Flintstone and Bamm-Bamm Rubble, and on their teen friends Moonrock Crater, Penny Pillar, and Wiggy Rockstone. Each episode also featured the teen cast performing two songs with their band, "The Bedrock Rockers". The second half-hour of the show mixed new tales with reruns from "The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show". In 1973, the show was re-tooled into the half-hour version "The Flintstone Comedy Show". The retooled version ended in January 1974.
