While staying at the Duke farm to sort out her emotions, a gang of criminals kidnap Lulu and hold her for a $1 million ransom. Boss - knowing that his wife will be killed if anyone tries to rescue her - wants to pay the ransom so he can get his wife back, but the Dukes have another way to capture Lulu's captors and return her safely.

Episode 2A Baby for the DukesThe Dukes have a new visitor, A baby whom her mother hides in the General Lee while she is being pursued by he father-in-law's henchmen who are trying to get the baby back to her legal guardian - paternal grandfather - who hates "country bumpkins." Meanwhile, due to a cut in the county budget, Rosco and Enos have to ride around on horses.

Episode 6Boss Behind BarsThe Beaudrys (from "Daisy's Shotgun Wedding") return to Hazzard to swipe Boss Hogg's still since their's blew up. But to get Boss out of the way, they frame him of sabotaging Jesse's car in the old timer's race when his car flips over. Rosco throws Boss in the slammer while the Beaudreys steal Boss' still.

Episode 7A Boy's Best FriendBo and Luke help an orphan boy who just recently lost his parents by getting him a dog from the pound. It turns out to be a basset hound that was kidnapped from John J. Hooper's dog show for a ransom and got away when the kidnappers came to Hazzard. But the kidnappers mistake Flash for the other dog.

Episode 10Enos's Last ChanceSyndicate mobster Scanlon escapes from the California State Penitentiary and flees to Hazzard, where he plans to engage in a deadly showdown with Enos. The Dukes are quickly able to capture the crafty Scanlon, but thanks to Rosco's bumbling, he escapes. This time, Scanlon is determined to exact his revenge on Enos, and uses Daisy to ensure it will happen.
High Flyin' Dukes

Episode 11High Flyin' DukesDaisy takes to the skies to help the Dukes' friend, a crop duster who is injured. Boss learns about this and plants lye in the chemicals, knowing that the farmers would hold the Dukes responsible when their crops become ruined.

Episode 12Cooter's GirlA young woman comes to Hazzard to see Cooter, who happens to be his daughter that he's never met. But she thinks Cooter is very rambunctious who is working with the Dukes to stop new landowners from dumping toxic-wastes in Hazzard.

Episode 13Heiress Daisy DukeAn investigator comes to Hazzard tracking down a photo of Daisy Duke thinking that she's the long-lost granddaughter of millionaire Carter Stewart - who is offering a big reward for anyone who finds her. So Boss has Daisy hypnotized into thinking she is the granddaughter, but other heirs don't want her to return and are trying to kill her.

But Sheriff Little mistakes the Dukes for the robbers and the only eyewitness who can vouch for them is Artie Bender - the local artist who Boss just declared legally dead so he can sell his paintings to pay off his bills.

Episode 16Undercover Dukes (1)Bo and Luke are offered to race on the circuit again for the daughter of a racketeer J.J. Carver. But since they vowed not to go back they turn him down, until a Federal Agent offers them to work undercover to get enough evidence to put Carver away for a long time.

Episode 17Undercover Dukes (2)Bo and Luke begin infiltrating J.J. Carver's organization, compiling evidence to bring Carver and his henchmen to justice. But Boss and Rosco - aware that the Duke boys have left for the NASCAR circuit but unaware they are government witnesses - nearly blow the whole operation when they confront Luke while he is secretly taking photographs of Carver's activities.

So Boss must get rid of them somehow but Lulu changed the combination of her safe. So Boss hires a pair of fortuneteller con artists - who just framed Daisy for stealing the Boar's Nest receipts - to get the combination of the safe from Lulu and get rid of the fake bonds.
Cooter's Confession

Episode 22Cooter's ConfessionJonas Jones, Cooter's friend and an ex-convict, is falsely blamed for hijacking Boss's expected shipment of automobile parts (which, of course, he plans to sell at inflated prices). Knowing that Jonas could spend years in prison for a crime he didn't commit, Cooter decides to take the fall. When they find out that the auto parts distributor is the front for a hijacking operation, the Dukes go undercover to infiltrate the scheme.
