Anton Tokarev, an employee of an outdoor advertising workshop, was shot dead. Someone cleaned up the crime scene and took the murder weapon with them. The operatives remove a bullet from the wall and use the database to determine the gun - this is the service weapon of policeman Vladimir Tokarev, the brother of the murdered man. Vladimir, with a severe hangover, does not remember what he did the day before, and does not know where his weapon is: it is not in the safe.
